Due to the fact that access to the ISOLDE hall is now via dosimeter, the CERN dosimeters of ISOLDE Users can no longer be left in the corridor near the ISOLDE offices as this is a security risk.

On the occasion of 50 years of Physics at ISOLDE, a series of review and topical papers on experiments and developments at ISOLDE in the past decade(s) have been published in a "Focus Issue" of Journal of Physics G: Nuclear and Particle Physics.

The International Conference on Electromagnetic Isotope Separators and Related Topics (EMIS) will be held at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, in Geneva, Switzerland, from 16th to 21st September 2018. The EMIS 2018 conference will be hosted by ISOLDE, CERN. EMIS is the flagship conference series on techniques in the field of low-energy nuclear science.

The 2017 ISOLDE Workshop and Users meeting will be held at CERN from the 4th to 6th December. Registration for the event is now open via http://indico.cern.ch/e/ISOLDEWORKSHOP2017  .

The 17th International Conference on Ion Sources, organized by CERN, will take place from Sunday October 15 to Friday October 20, 2017 at CERN and Geneva’s “Centre International de Conference” (CICG). Information and registration via http://icis2017.web.cern.ch/ .

A Mini-Workshop will take place at CERN as part of the NuPECC meeting on the morning of 10th March 2017. More details can be found via http://indico.cern.ch/event/611038/ .

When the pre-registration (PRT) has been completed for a new User, it is now possible to get a CERN computer account and, hence, complete the on-line safety courses required for access to ISOLDE before coming to CERN. Once the pre-registration is accepted by the CERN Users office an email is sent to the User informing them how to apply for the account.
