The abstract submission and registration for the EMIS 2018 conference are now open via the conference website https://indico.cern.ch/e/EMIS2018 . Deadline for submitting abstracts is 15th March 2018.
Due to the fact that access to the ISOLDE hall is now via dosimeter, the CERN dosimeters of ISOLDE Users can no longer be left in the corridor near the ISOLDE offices as this is a security risk.
On the occasion of 50 years of Physics at ISOLDE, a series of review and topical papers on experiments and developments at ISOLDE in the past decade(s) have been published in a "Focus Issue" of Journal of Physics G: Nuclear and Particle Physics.
The International Conference on Electromagnetic Isotope Separators and Related Topics (EMIS) will be held at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, in Geneva, Switzerland, from 16th to 21st September 2018. The EMIS 2018 conference will be hosted by ISOLDE, CERN. EMIS is the flagship conference series on techniques in the field of low-energy nuclear science.
