- GPS : 31,33Ar decay experiment. Factor three more statistics already, compared to similar run in 1997.
- GPS uses a CaO target. With these lighter targets it is possible to go to slightly higher proton beam currents (2.3 microA) ! Though, users need to keep an eye on the radiation monitors, not to exceed any limit. Approval by RP is needed.
- HRS : setting up Xe beam for REX with UCx target.
- During the target change on HRS, the robot got stuck again and a manual intervention had to be performed. A total dose of 2.3 mSv was shared between the persons doing this. The reason for the robot getting stuck was identified and solved, so this particular problem will probably not occur anymore. But, when there would be a manual intervention needed in the primary target area this or next year, long delays and/or cancellations might follow in the future !!!
- A possible vacuum leak in the merging switchyard will be investigated by the vacuum group.

- ECR being removed and parts are shipped to GANIL and Grenoble. Parts belonging to ISOLDE are available, for example a new 400 l Turbo Pump. Contact Alex in case you are interested in parts.
