- Replacement of compressed air tubes is being finalized
- Linac shielding will be started beginning of February. The roof will be placed end of March. This year, the lead shielding on the linac cavities will stay, but is planned to be removed the year after. The concrete tunnel will NOT block the passage to WITCH and TAS.
- Power cuts last weekend were not announced. No equipment was harmed.
- Heat exchanger broke down, so it’s colder then usual in the hall – to be repaired soon.
- Low energy part of REX restarted the vacuum. Tests with REXTRAP will be resumed soon.
- The fast closing valve after the EBIS broke down.
- Network in ISOLDE disappeared for some hour on Wednesday.
