1. Technical news:
· FE7 was put into place on Monday and geometrically aligned. Work on vacuum and electrical connections is ongoing.
· The low-energy part of REX should be under vacuum mid-March. RF work is ongoing. One REX magnet has been sent for refurbishment. REX-trap new software is being tested. It is expected that REX will be ready to operate online at the beginning of June.
· The electrical noise in the new pA-meters, caused by the repeler voltage, has been addressed. New interface for displaying the Faraday-cup readouts is under preparation.
· HRS.FC690, CD0.FC90 and RC3.FC90 require a repair.
· Work on the re-organizing of the laser barrack and the installation of the HRS laser beam path is on-going.

3. A.O.B.
· 2011 schedule: 650 INTC shifts and 50 shifts for LOIs+TISD have been requested. Out of these 700 shifts, 375 shifts require RILIS (3000 hours), 310 shifts require REX and 100 are for solid-state- and bio-physics. The limitations concerning RILIS and UC/ThC targets will be taken into account when scheduling the 480 available shifts.
· The research board approved all recommendations by the February 2011 INTC.
