- Some highlights : heat exchanger not repaired yet ; fast closing valve after EBIS is repaired ; ISCOOL integration is ongoing ; RILIS windows are replaced ;
- There will be a safety visit to bld 275 on 5th of february.

- The deadline for project proposals for summer students is 12th of february
- Yorick is in the “external relations committee”, which tries to promote CERN as a global lab. Recent contacts between Isolde and India were appreciated.
- The upcoming INTC will be chaired for the last time by Prof. M. Huyse. Prof. P. Butler will be the next chain of the INTC.
- From 11-13th may, there will be a workshop on non-LHC experiments. The call for contributions is open and the deadline is 1st of april. It is largely encouraged to attend this workshop.
- Welcome to Andrey. He will work with Fredrik Wenander on the beamline between REXTRAP and WITCH.
- Prof. Bjorn Johnson will be visiting Isolde for 3 months (march-april).
- Melanie will have her thesis defence on Friday 6th of february.
- The coffee machine for the visitors room will be a cheap one which operates with widely available coffee pads (i.e. : bye bye nespresso-addicts J )
